We thank you for 2023

2023 is coming to an end and we are wrapping up another fantastic year together. It has been a year full of new assignments, lessons, and developing moments for our employees, and we happily step into 2024 with new energy. We want to take this opportunity to share some highlights from the year and how proud we are of our work. 
 
- We have significantly improved our internal processes regarding our transparent salary review and our recruitment methods. 

- We have had a very good utilization of our consultants in assignments and we have been able to help more clients than ever with our technical expertise. 

- We have donated 210,000 SEK to charitable causes, which corresponds to 42,000 SEK per employee. We hope this makes a significant impact at the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation, Kvinna Till Kvinna, The Rainbow Fund, and UNICEF. Through these donations, we strive to contribute to a better world and we carefully select organizations that we believe can make a real difference. 

- We have engaged as one of the few large supporting companies for the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation and we stand behind their vision of a sustainable society and want to actively show our support for their cause. 

- We have continued to promote the importance of technical experts choosing responsible companies, where the surplus does not only benefit the owners. We strongly believe that technology can be used for good and we hope to inspire others to follow in our footsteps. 
 
We want to extend a big thank you to all our clients, partners, colleagues, and friends for your trust and your cooperation. We are a living example that it is possible to combine profit-driven companies with responsible community engagement.
