Match or Exceed Dividends with Charitable Donations
The company allocates a share of its annual profits to charitable donations, matching or exceeding the amount distributed to shareholders in dividends, to fuel positive impact in the world.
Disclose Total Compensation for Transparency
The company is required to disclose internally the total compensation for each employee, board member, and shareholder, along with the associated costs incurred by the company, ensuring transparency and equity in pay structures.
Comply with Swedish Collective Agreement
The company must uphold fair labour practices and employee rights by complying with the collective agreements established by the applicable industry union in Sweden as the minimum standard.
Be Net Zero & Report Climate Impact
The company must achieve Net Zero emissions by following the the World Wildlife Fund's four steps framework (Avoid, Reduce, Substitute, Offset), with any offsets certified by Gold Standard (goldstandard.org).
The company must also, annually and publicly, report its climate impact and underlying data, as well as their up-to-date climate plan with reduction targets and strategies to achieve them.
