Sign up for our training day where you will discover how AI becomes your super tool in daily office work. You will test concrete working methods that make your tasks both easier and more efficient, regardless of whether you work with document management, analysis, project management, or administration.

The training is for you who have AI tools at work and want to learn how to use them better. No prior knowledge is needed – curiosity goes a long way. Together with others in similar situations, you will explore practical examples from your own everyday life.

During the day you will

– Learn the basics of AI and language models (LLM) – what they can and cannot do
– Practical techniques for formulating effective instructions to AI (so-called "prompt engineering"), focusing on tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
– Try it yourself in a safe environment where we alternate short theory presentations with exercises

Your Instructor

Mattias Folke leads the training. As a civil engineer in both computer technology and industrial economics, he has extensive experience in streamlining IT processes in several of Sweden's leading organizations. Mattias is the founder of Deviera and has held highly regarded training sessions for both business and academia.
