We live up to the Deviera model 2024!

As the first company, we are meeting the Deviera model for the first time in 2024.

• In 2023, we donated 210,000 SEK to charity, which is more than what our owners took as dividends.

• Internally within the company, we have a transparency document where we report both salaries and benefits for all employees. Furthermore, we have chosen to show what each employee "costs" the company each month to provide a better understanding of how salaries, pensions, and other benefits are distributed.

• We follow Swedish collective agreements.

• We have completed GoClimate's corporate calculation of our emissions and have compensated with UN gold-certified projects.

We are both proud and very pleased to be able to showcase this.
